Welcome Team members help make our church a place where people feel comfortable and cared for! When people walk into FBCN, we want them to feel like they are greeted with a smile. Often, Welcome Team members are guests' first impression and first contact to who FBCN is and what ministries are available.

We commit to love, shelter, protect and defend all children in our care. We want to share God's love with our preschoolers by ministering to their needs in a caring and nurturing environment.

We want to see every student experience Christ, embrace community, and engage in their calling. 405 Student Ministry Leaders are entrusted with the opportunity to disciple and invest in 6th-12th grade students as they follow Jesus.

Don’t let me buy into the American dream of retirement – month after month of leisure and play and hobbies going around collecting seashells. Lord, please have mercy on me. Spare me this curse.” If you have a passion for serving the 55+ and helping them in this mission we would love you to serve with us.
