Student Ministry Leaders

We want to see every student experience Christ, embrace community, and engage in their calling. We encourage you to consider how serving with 405 Student Ministry aligns with your commitments and your walk with the Lord. Pray for His guidance and discernment as you step into this process.
Expectations:

  • Be intentional. Every one of our students who will be here is a soul that needs the Gospel. Build relationships with them. Be personable with them.

  • Get Involved. When our students see us involved and engaged with in worship, teaching, and activities, they will be inspired to engage as well.

  • Communication. Communication is key. If you can’t be here, please let me and your team know so we can plan accordingly. This will help us tremendously. Life happens, and sometimes we can’t make it. Just be honest and let us know.

  • Gospel-Centered. Look for opportunities to share the Gospel with students.

Requirements:
  • Member and active attender of FBCN
  • Must be 18 years +
  • Trainings and Forms:
    • Background Check
    • Ministry Safe Training
    • FBCN Policy and Procedures Form

Commitments:
  • One full year of serving in 405 Ministry
  • Be available and willing to serve at 405 MDWK, special events, and camps as needed
  • Attend all leader meetings and trainings
  • Walk in integrity and model a Christ-centered life for students.
