Media Arts Team

We exist to serve the church. Every camera angle, every lighting design, every lyric on the screen, every audio mix is done to build up the body of Christ and help people engage in worship (Galatians 5:13).

We exist to be problem solvers.
Our role is to anticipate needs, remove distractions, and creatively use tools to make ministry flow smoothly (Philippians 2:4).

We exist to help focus people on what God is already doing.
Through sound, video, lighting, and media, we strive to point attention away from ourselves and toward Jesus (2 Corinthians 4:5).
Expectations:

  • Be faithful members/attenders of FBCN, actively participating in the life of the church.

  • Show up on time and prepared for scheduled services and events.

  • Be willing to learn and rotate into different media roles (audio, video, slides, cameras, lighting, livestream).

  • Remain flexible when plans change or challenges arise.

  • Participate in team meetings, rehearsals, and training opportunities

  • Uphold a Christlike attitude, modeling humility, grace, and unity.

  • Understand that media is ministry, not performance.
