Welcome Team
Welcome Team members help make our church a place where people feel comfortable and cared for! When people walk into FBCN, we want them to feel like they are greeted with a smile. Welcome Team members help guests navigate the building and find where they are going. Often, Welcome Team members are guests' first impression and first contact to who FBCN is and what ministries are available. They also create a space where members and guest want to be that is kind and inviting!
Currently, we have Welcome Team Volunteers stationed weekly throughout the facility.
Kids + Lil' Kids Welcome Team members remain in the ministry areas to assist with check-in, questions, and finding classrooms.

Expectations:
Requirements:
- Welcome guests and members of the church
- Help new guests find their way around the building
- In Kids + Lil' Kids, help families with where and how to check in their children and find classrooms
- Help to answer general questions or assist in distributing materials
Requirements:
- Member and active attender of FBCN
- Frequency of serving is decided through talking with the Team Lead - some serve monthly and some serve as often as every week!
